This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps MEGAPROFI UK Limited (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “the Company”) has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.
Our Business
MEGAPROFI UK Limited operates as an online retail business through megaprofi.co.uk, offering a range of tools, home improvement products, and accessories. We are committed to conducting our business ethically and with integrity.
Our Commitment
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. We operate a zero-tolerance approach and expect the same from all our suppliers and partners.

We source products from UK and international suppliers. We aim to work only with suppliers who share our values and operate ethically and legally. Our supplier relationships are built on trust, transparency, and accountability.
Due Diligence and Risk Assessment
We have undertaken steps to identify and assess potential risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains. These include:
Reviewing supplier practices and ethics policies.
Where appropriate, requesting supplier self-assessments or certifications.
Including modern slavery clauses in supplier contracts, where applicable.
